iRECRUiT Staffing & Recruiting utilizes state-of-the-art software applications that enable us to do our jobs more efficiently and effectively, including data-driven referral recommendations. 


Candidates with a heartbeat and wired neurons can be screened right out of any recruiting process if only keywords are used to choose one applicant over another.  Our "old school" practice includes intuition, cultural awareness and old-fashioned listening skills for character, cultural fit, personality, and potential.

iRECRUiT Staffing & Recruiting gets paid for every candidate we put forward who successfully gets directly hired by criteria set forth by you. Depending on your situation and need we'll work on contingency, retainer or engagement fee based on an agreed upon value. We prefer working on a retainer as your preferred supplier. That said, we are flexible. As your new partner, a contingency-based contract makes sense, reducing your risk and giving us a chance to prove our worth. We recognize every organization has its own protocol for utilizing outside recruiting assistance.

MARK-UP OVER PAY RATE

Designed to increase bill rate transparency and normalize pricing practices, with a mark-up over pay rate pricing model, you set or provide guidance around employee pay rates. iRECRUiT Staffing & Recruiting competes for your business by quoting the mark-up over pay rate used to calculate the bill rate. 

The mark-up over pay rate model is an internal pricing practice commonly requested so disclosures are easy to provide. 

DIRECT COSTS

The preferred pricing model of iRECRUiT Staffing & Recruiting, direct costs pricing reflects our commitment to transparency and the golden rule.

This pricing model fully disclosures our direct costs, plus clearly defines service needs. Similar to the mark-up over pay rate pricing model, the direct costs pricing model normalizes pay rates but quotes bill rates based on a mark-up over direct costs, not pay rate.


The difference between DIRECT COSTS and BILL RATE are fully disclosed. We negotiate based on situation and need.
iRECRUiT Staffing & Recruiting's clients only pay for services required, no compulsory add-ons or hidden fees.
